Pierre put a lot of effort in too this file. When I first applied for pre-approval my finances were not up to snuff yet Pierre managed to get approval. When I re-applied in the fall he worked very quickly to set everything up. This was appreciated because I was working in camp at the time and had a very tight time line, and was not readily available.

Over-all is excellent. Ryan is very accomodating and gives feedback 24/7. I mean there were times that I emailed him on Sundays or even on "off" times and response were received beyond expectation.

I would refer someone to Jayman Financial if they are having a home built by Jayman as they made the mortgage process go very smoothly and as they are linked to each other communication and tranfer of information went very easily. In addition the money that is saved by using their services is a great bonus.

Communication was first rate! I absolutelt would use Jayman again and recommend your services to friends, family, and colleagues. This was a "quick" deal, as possession was shortly after application. Ryan and Leah did a great job. We didn't meet in person as it wasn't required. Thanks to both for their superior service.

Pierre provided great customer service arranging my mortgage. He answered all of my questions with patience and respect and made me feel very comfortable with the entire process. Pierre put an excellent effort into ensuring I understood the entire process and made sure to mention information or details about the mortgage that I had not asked but should be aware of. There was one point where there was a misunderstanding on the mortgage terms based on our communication. When I called Pierre to fix it, he was quick to respond and was very understanding in making the change. Based on the other mortgage brokers/bankers I had discussed my mortgage with, Pierre went above and beyond in customer service.I would refer Jayman finiancial to others. Not only because the rates they offered could not be matched by other institutions but mostly because of the great customer service I received from Pierre.

Very pleased with every thing Jordan did for us, if it wasn't for him we might have not got the house we love today.Jordan was very Honest and real about everything.
