SecureSell

Now you can purchase a new Jayman home prior to the sale of your existing home.  If you have sufficient equity in your existing home and would prefer to start construction of your new Jayman home prior to selling, Jayman SecureSell program may fit your needs.  By listing your home at market value and placing it on the market as soon as your new home is at the first stage of the building process, you will improve your chances of selling quickly and match in the possession dates of your new and existing homes.  Under the SecureSell program, you will have the security of knowing that if your home does not sell as quickly as anticipated; the possession date of your new home can be extended.  Jayman will absorb any interest carrying costs for the first 30 days of extension.  Please contact your Jayman Financial Mortgage Agents to discuss your needs.

Deposit/Interim Financing

President & CEO Jay Westman remembers growing up building homes, “My dad was a builder before me and I grew up building homes, so I suppose I've really always been a home builder.  I think I was on site as early as six or seven years old helping out.”

The company got its start with just one home – it was in the community of Woodbine in Calgary, AB.  There was a lot of sweat equity in that home.  At the time, a lot of the homes that were being built were very similar and not of the greatest quality.  From the beginning Jayman focused on changing that.  That first home in Woodbine stood out and sold quickly because of the extra attention paid to details.

Today, Jayman homes continue to be designed and built along the same philosophy.  We call it an obsession with excellence in everything we do and it has guided every step of our journey. A journey now 25 years long and with a promising finish.  Jay says, “I really believe it's just the beginning”.
