Buying a Jayman MasterBUILT home

Experience tells us that for many customers, the numerous steps that must be taken to build a new home can feel a little overwhelming.  So we take special care to guide each customer through the mortgage process to understand how it all unfolds.  With Jayman you'll know what is being done, when and why. 

From marking your lot in preparation for the foundation to transferring the keys, Jayman is committed to caring for each customer.  You'll also get to know several key members of the Jayman team who will work together with you to simplify and co-ordinate each step over the coming months.

Arranging a mortgage

Your salesperson will have introduced you to one of our representatives at Jayman Financial.  This person is an expert, focused on helping you find the very best way to finance your new home.  He or she will put Jayman's collective buying power to work for you, tapping a wide range of possible mortgage providers to find the best plan.  Coordinating your financing specifically with the timing of the new home you are building is also something Jayman Financial representatives are there to do.

Sellng your previous home

Because many new home buyers must also sell a current home, Jayman Realty representatives are available to assist with this.  Jayman Realty will work closely with you to unlock and maximize the equity you have in your current home and can also provide the Secure Sell program to relieve you of the pressure to sell your home by a specific date, or to avoid the hassle of moving twice.  Under the SecureSell program, you will have the security of knowing that if your home does not sell as quickly as anticipated; the possession date of your new home can be extended.  Jayman will absorb any interest carrying costs for the first 30 days of extension.   

Deposit/Interim Financing

Jayman Financial will arrange access to your equity in your existing home at time of listing, at a very favorable cost, allowing you to purchase a new Jayman home through our SecureSell program.  

Jayman Financial will arrange short-term interim financing to access your equity to help bridge the gap between the closing date on the purchase and the closing date on the unconditional sale.
